Terms and conditions

Due to a limited number of spaces in our programs we give priority to those students who pay the deposit first. The 125 Euro deposit is non-refundable, unless the program is full, or in the case of documented illness. All Kulturstudier students must be eligible for university level education (meaning that upper secondary/high school or equivalent must have been satisfactorily completed). Students must book and buy the plane tickets required; however they will receive a recommended itinerary and travel agent. The program fee includes 10 weeks (12 in Argentina) accommodation. All students must have medical travel insurance. The program fee is non-refundable after the course has commenced and we therefore highly recommend that you purchase a study-abroad insurance that includes refund of the program fee should you fall ill and be unable to complete the program. Kulturstudier has the right to cancel a program due to lack of participants. In such an event, all payments will be refunded. Please note that changes in the course description may occur.
